Payment Options

We understand the every company has its own way of doing business.  We’re committed to doing business with you on the most favorable terms.

· Cash, Check or Money Order –  Net 30 days. 
Thank you for your business! All services provided are invoiced at the time of completion and are subject to a 30 day payment cycle.    If payment is not received within those 30 days, any unpaid balances will incur a late fee. Some appraisals may require a full or half payment.  A half payment will be collected at time of inspection with remaining balance due within 30 days of invoice, any unpaid balances will incur a late fee. 

· Please ensure that all checks are made payable to our company and have our invoice number noted on the check.
